We’ve been recording and mixing an awesome CD by Chris Cernak. Musicians include Chris on vocals and guitar, Ross Rice on keyboards, guitar and bass, Tim Allen on djemb, Erica Quitzow on violin and Kelsey Rieber adding additional vocals.

The Stickmen at Bearsville Theater

went to see tony levin’s band, the stickmen, on Sunday night at the Bearsville Theater. aMazing – three virtuosos. 2 chapman stick players and the drummer. my wife, kate, had never seen the chapman bass played before and was blown away. she said ‘i don’t know why every musician wouldn’t want to know how to play that instrument’. i mentioned the difficulty. anyway, check them out if you get a chance. it’s hard hitting, beautiful and interesting.
